Hello, I have a lovely cosy 2 bed house one street back from Lewes old town high street and ten min walk from the train station.

I am looking for a lovely person to come share with me and my dog ideally around my age who either is studying or working. Its not a party house, more of a lovely home for grown ups that like to relax/ go to the pub/ have a nice meal and wine at home with friends etc. I would be happy for you to make yourself at home here, have big baths, relax etc.

The house has wooden floors throughout, a lovely bathroom with bath and shower, 2 double rooms, yours has a double bed and brand new mattress. If you wanted it to be fully furnished I could add curtains and smaller warderobe etc. Thought I would leave it up to you so you could make it your own. There's a Small patio/ courtyard where you could smoke if you wanted. super light and airy throughout and lovely and clean.
10 min on train to Brighton/ half hour on bus.
5 min walk to Waitrose, Tesco and some lovely pubs / high street.

I like to keep the house tidy and clean and nice and quiet in the week, I work from home sometimes and you would have to be a dog lover as Otis is very friendly and will cuddle you on the sofa. Which he kind of think so is his. if you had a small or medium dog they would be welcome, if the. Dogs get on of course. Rent poss negotiable for the right person.

I like to be nice and tidy but I am not a neat freak, looking for someone that would like a lovely home. The south downs is 7 minutes walk away so great for mountain biking/ walking etc and also has some really very lovely old pubs.

The house also comes with a much saught after off road parking space which I am happy for you to have. they are around £2500 a year to buy.
