Hi There!

My fabulous housemate Annie is going on a 3 month adventure. So I am looking for someone to fill her room while she is gone.

Could be ideal for someone moving short term to Brighton or a stepping stone until you find somewhere more permanent.

I am looking for an independent, clean, tidy, professional.
Preferably someone who enjoys a quieter flat rather than wanting a mad party house. You will be sharing the flat with me; a 37 year old female secondary school teacher who works full time. My job can be very full on so I would like someone who likes a very chilled living space but who likes a good chat in the evenings!
It would be great to find someone to share the flat who has their own interests and social life but if both are at home, you can enjoy a glass of wine after long days work. I commute into West Sussex so I’m up and out early in the morning.
I like to keep the flat a nice living space so there is an expectation of helping out and keeping the shared living areas clean.
The room for rent is within a two bedroom flat (which I own, so live in land lady), not too far up Bear Road. A good array of local pubs, restaurants, shops and cafes all within a minute’s walk to Lewes Road and a short stroll to Brighton town centre, or lots of buses to catch. I am also very close to both Sussex and Brighton universities.
Permit parking is available.
