I have a lovely fully furnished double room to rent overlooking the garden in my large family home.
I live here with my older children, aged 13, 16 and 25, two male lodgers aged 29 and 34 plus six cats and two goldfish!
Despite there being a few of us living here, we are a fairly quiet but friendly bunch who all enjoy our own space but also enjoy a chat. The house is large enough not to feel crowded.
The bathroom is to be shared with the other lodgers, my family have our own.
I am looking for someone who is a full time worker and preferably someone long term.
We are within walking distance to the town centre and the beach and there is a good bus service to the universities and most parts of town.
All bills are inclusive. I'm afraid no laundry facilities are available but a launderette is within a few minutes walk.
One weeks deposit is required.
