A double room available in beautiful four bedroom Victorian town house with gardens front and back, in Montpelier just up the hill from the local shops. It's a great location for Gloucester Road, Cabot Circus/Town and St Werburghs.

We looking for a short term tenant as the house is on the market (but has been for a while, we will probably take it off for the next couple of months until spring) - therefore we're suggesting a two month contract with a rolling one month's notice after that. The house may take some time to sell so the term could be much longer.

The house is fully furnished with all mod cons and a new modern kitchen, complete with gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. High speed virgin broadband with fast (n-type) wifi through out. There is secure bike storage and plenty of space on the road for a car any time.

The rent is all inclusive of gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband etc. We also have a cleaner for a couple of hours once a week which is included in the rent.

We're looking for a sociable but considerate housemate to join our home. Unfortunately one of our housemates is moving to London (and taking his cookbook library with him) so are looking to replace him with someone equally easy going, house trained and lovely.
