I’m a professional live-in WFH landlord looking for one **mid-term** lodger (preferably from now until the end of the year but flexible) for a furnished double room in my 3-bed terraced house in Brislington. I tend to give lodgers lots of space but I'm open to lodgers who want to share cooking and films etc as well as those who want to keep to themselves. Cleaning is shared. All bills, fees and taxes are included in the rent. One-month deposit, one month’s notice. Rent is due at the start of each month. On-street parking is available outside no permits required and it’s a 15 minute bus to Temple Meads. The living room, kitchen and drying room are shared, as are the appliances, utensils and crockery. There’s a paved garden area at the back with some shed space. Good amount of storage in the room. Supermarkets 10 minutes walk away, Sandy Park road 5 minutes walk away with bakery, Grounded café-bar etc. Viewings available on request.
