I am making my spare bedroom available for rent
It comes fully furnished and is available now. My flat is just off North Street in Southville and is only a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

The rent is £110 per week, inclusive of bills (no extra bills for you to pay)

I also use a cleaning service, who come every 2 weeks to clean the whole flat.

I currently work as an IT field engineer, and work mostly away from home Monday to Friday with some weekend work.

During my spare time, I enjoy chilling at home with a good film or TV series.
I enjoy the quiet life.

I do also look after Dogs in my spare time, they are an absolute passion of mine.
