This flat is directly opposite Bristol university wills memorial. It’s a luxury student flat. We already have 2 people both will be in 2nd year of studies in law and cellular biology. We are looking for a third flatmate. We would want someone quiet and clean !
It will cost £9350 for 11 months tenancy starting September 11th which is an amazing price for the location! Bills aren’t included however we will work out a package together ! It should be around an additional £500 for the year !!
