Due to my return to my home country, the room is available for sublease from May 10th to August 24th (15weeks) (all bills included!!!). Option to renew lease until August next year, making it a hassle-free long-term accommodation option.

All you need to do is sign the contract and submit it to the reception. Pay your rent at the agreed-upon rate of £228 per week as per the lease agreement.
