I am a live in Landlord and looking to rent out my spare room.

Its a large double room furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobes.

Shared facilities include bathroom/power shower, kitchen, living room, dining room and garden with decking and seating. WIFI is also available.

The kitchen has all mod cons, including, electric fan oven, gas hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and various kitchen gadgets.

Kingswood high street is 10 minutes walk with bus stop to city centre 2 mins walk.

I'm a professional, normal 5 day week working hours, I keep the house clean and tidy. I have a 9 year old son who comes round for a couple of hours, a couple of nights in the week and stays usually one night every other weekend. We are quite out doorsie.
