Rent will be £975 pcm, bills generally around £150 a month all in including WiFi. You’d be living with a lovely and sociable guy in his mid 20’s and music student!

It’s a nice, calm and silent area, with the flat far from the road. Near Finchley road with lots of coffee, gym and a big Waitrose (5 mins walk)!
