Hello everyone!

We have an amazing small OR large double room, furnished, available May 1st.

If you prefer the small double, For the WFH people, there’s a decent desk in the dinning room that can be used in absolute peace as we’re both mainly working from office/in our rooms.

Alternatively, the large furnished double room is going for £900 a month (+ bills) and includes a bed, chair, desk and large wardrobe.

You’d be moving in with myself, Alex (28) 🇨🇦 /🏳️‍🌈and Tim (21) 🇬🇧/🇳🇱.

Tim is a great guy, super friendly, big sports fan (field hockey, football, jogging) and is half English, half Dutch.

I’ve been living in the flat a little under a year and a half, I enjoy chill nights with friends, running, movies, and basically anything London has to offer.

We’re both super easygoing guys and tidy.

The flat itself is a decent size, with storage available throughout. It gets great lighting throughout the entire day. Has a nice little balcony, and is on the first floor of a large council house. Don’t be deceived by the ugly building, it’s nice on the inside.

In terms of location, the flat is in a great spot, you’ll find Bermondsey Tube Station (Jubilee line) to be just a 3 to 4 minute walk from the flat. The Thames is also a 5min walk away.

There’s the amazing Southwark Park directly behind the flat which offers a nice green escape from the city. You can easily get to Greenwich in 30-40 min, Bank in 15min, Kings Cross in 30min etc. You’re basically in central London.

In terms of services you’ve got everything nearby, there’s a local Sainsbury on your way to the station, a few fast food restaurants as well. There’s a Tesco express within 10-15min walk, and a Tesco Extra 20-30 minute walk through Southwark Park.

As for the technicals, you can expect bills to be around £110-120 per month including council tax, unlimited 1gb/s wifi, water and energy.

There’s an £850 deposit, payable to the previous flatmate, and rent which is £850 (small double) or £900 (large double) payable on the first of each month.
