Hi!
I am leaving to pursue my film career in New York and I'm looking for someone to rent my room from mid august (around the 17th/18th) till December. There is some flexibility on these dates as I am in the middle of buying a house to move my flat mates into which will hopefully be sorted by december but if not I will need to rent the room out for longer.
The room is in a semi detached house a stone's throw from Brick Lane , all furnished. It's a less than 5 minute walk from Tower Hill station which is one stop from Brick Lane and 5 min bus from Shoreditch. It's also 10 minutes from the dlr/overground at shadwell if you want to get to peckham, dalston or anywhere further afield.
Your flatmates will be: a vibrant music enthusiast who works in band management, a journalist, a fashion guy and a corporate lackey (who is the least corporate of all the lackeys). Everyone is in their mid 20s and we'd prefer a similar age bracket of applicants.

My room is fully furnished and bills are not included. The deposit will be half of the first months rent and I'll be having viewings the next few weeks till the right person is found and I fly. Let me know if you're interested.
We'd prefer no couples but if you're particularly awesome we may make an exception.
