Available from next Weds (26th Oct) - so taking viewings immediately. The flat is shared with 3 young professionals in a perfect location, just around the corner from Spitalfields market :) I've lived here for years and am sad to be moving out!

The room is a large double with wardrobe, 2x chest of drawers, desk + chair, bed and mattress. There are two radiators in the room. The room is carpeted and has fixed horizontal blinds on the window. (The wooden furniture is much nicer than when I moved in, and I've put in a big mirror and painted the walls a few months ago). No catches: great room, fantastic location, easy-going housemates... You can even see the Gherkin from the window. NB: The photos make everything look much smaller than it is. So when I say "big room", I'm not lying for comedy value.

Boring but important bits:

Bathroom with shower/bath, toilet, towel rail and sink.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer.

Living room with a massive L-sofa and a chair, dining table with 4 chairs, coffee table, clothes drying racks, Sky TV.

The flat is very close to Sainsbury's (probably 100 metres or less), Tesco, Co-Op, Nando's, McDonald's, KFC, Boots, Subway, Pizza Union, Spitalfields Market (all within 5 min walk). There are lots of shops, bars, restaurants, hardware stores, newsagents etc nearby.

The housemates are two girls and a guy aged 19 to 30. They work in publishing, finance and advertising. Lovely group who enjoy having fun but on the same note do need to have some quiet time (don't we all?!).

The room is available from Weds 26th Oct. Please get in touch ASAP as ideally I'd like someone in there on that date (so I can get my deposit back for a new place!). You can have the last week of Oct for a token £100.

If you see this on Saturday/Sunday, please get in touch to view it over the weekend! I'm taking the whole weekend just to show people round so would love to hear from you. Weekday viewings available after 6.30pm - get in touch earlier during the day and it should be fine!
