I am a friendly, relaxed professional renting a two bedroom flat in an old Bermondsey school conversion. it is characterful and quite contemporary. i am looking for a flatmate to take the second double bedroom.

The room has a generous open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room.

I work long hours in the city in communications. i usually leave the house early in the morning and spend quite long hours in the office. When i am home i am usually quiet and relaxing - or i am out!

The flat is about two mins from Bermondsey street, which is a mecca of restaurants and bars.

The flat is very close to Tower Bridge road and a bus stop, which is pretty well connected - there is a very nice swedish cafe at the end of the road too - if you like a good coffee (or a swedish meatball!)

i am looking for a relaxed and reasonably tidy flatmate to share the place with me during the week.

The cost includes a weekly cleaner and all bills.
