Execelent links! Literally the flat few steps from bus stop ( day and night bus) . Also, approximately 15 min walking from Tube and rail station.

Bills include Gas, Council Tax, Electricity, TV License, Water as well as professional cleaning on weekly basis. All cost ££20 per week.

This room is available on the 17th August. as I will be able to arrange viewings for 1st August from 6 to 7:30pm. As I am abroad until 31st, the best way to communicate until 31st is via spare room.
