Hi,
I am looking for a replacement tenant for our 3 bedroom flat directly next to Kennington Park. The contract has been renewed for another year until May 2025.
The flat is on the 15th floor and offers a great view over London. Monthly rent is £710. Additional costs are around £80 a month (WiFi, council tax, electricity, water - heating is included in the rent), so total rent would be around £800 a month. Security deposit is £400.
The room comes with a double bed, desk and cupboard (if needed, I will arrange a new desk chair with the landlord who is very friendly and responsive).

Closest tube station is Oval (Northern line), however, Kennington is within walking distance as well. Several busses stop nearby too and connect you to central London.

- Walworth shopping street with most major chains (10 minutes walk)
