Hi I’m Abi and I’m looking for someone to share my 2 bedroom flat with. There is also a third flatmate in the form of my cat Ada, who is a super chill and lovely house cat.

The flat is a ground floor ex council flat which I've lived in for 3 years. There is a large kitchen so lots of room to get creative if you’re into cooking as I am! The living room is also really spacious with a big comfy sofa and there’s a large dining table. I have excellent internet and a cleaner who comes once a fortnight. All bills including the cleaner are included in the monthly rent of £650.

The room is bright and quiet and comes fully furnished with a double bed (very comfy and complete with mattress topper), a small chest of drawers, bedside table, a lamp and a clothes rail. It’s a slightly odd shape so the photos don’t quite do it justice!

The flat is really well located being close to two great stations - Brockley and Crofton Park - which take you into London Bridge or on the Thameslink through to Kings Cross. There are lots of great pubs/restaurants nearby and plenty of great green spaces like Hilly Fields, Nunhead Cemetery and Peckham Rye. The estate itself is generally really quiet and there’s a nice community vibe.

I work in a local food shop and have slightly random working hours including working weekends. I enjoy hanging out with friends, cooking for people, swimming, cycling, yoga, watching tv/films and have recently taken up pottery. I am looking for someone sociable, friendly, and very clean and tidy who wants to make the place their home. I am pretty much over my party days now so would like to live with someone who sees home as a quiet oasis rather than a place to rave!
