Hello,

I'm off on location for a couple of months from 22nd April - 22nd June and looking to sublet my room.

I'm open to a 7 day sublet or Monday - Friday.
7 days - £850 inc bills
Mon-Fri the cost would be £650 inc bills.

THE FLAT - a beautiful period flat with lots of large sash windows letting in lots of natural light! Open plan kitchen and living area, bedroom with super king bed and double wardrobe.

THE AREA - under 10 minutes walk to Brockley station but also 10 mins from St Johns - trains to Canon Street / London Bridge in around 10 mins. Short walk to Lewisham Crofton Park, New Cross, Deptford. Loads of nice places to eat drink!

THE FLATMATE - one of the best people you'll ever meet! My housemate is super friendly, clean and tidy and she's always baking something delicious. She works as a Digital Editor splits her time working from home and a co-working space. The flat isn't huge so ideally wouldn't have another person wfh.
