Beautiful homely warm comfortable and clean bungalow to let at a very honest price. Ideally looking for 5 nurses/students as I am close to hospital and university. Heathrow is only 1bus away (15mins)
This property has 1 bathroom but to be honest has never been an issue with the tenants who have lived there 2 years. Everyone has different shifts and always someone is going home. All bills included by landlord except council tax so ideally students or nurses would be excellent.
I also have someone to take care of the garden at no extra cost. A small conservatory also for tenants to relax. This is truly at a bargain for anyone. All I ask from someone is to look after the property and treat this like your own home
