small double room with sink in 4 bed house with plenty of room to hang out with housemates, or indeed have space from them. Big garden, perfect for bbqs.

The area: 5 mins from the centre of Camberwell, which has loads of really good pubs, coffee shops and restaurants, parks and a swimming pool and gym, if you're feeling like working off all the visits to the great bars, cafes and restaurants.
Us: 4 of us living here:- our jobs span the arts, the city, the environment and a medic. All of us are awesome. ( I'm an idiot, I shouldn't be allowed to write these things)

Transport: Elephant and Castle and Oval are the nearest tubes, which are a bus ride away, but Camberwell has bus routes that go just about everywhere.

In the house we have broadband, tv, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, space for parking outside though would need to pay for residential parking, space to park a bike.
