Hey. My name's Charlie, I own a flat just behind Camberwell High Street. The room is spacious and bright, with built in closet space and floor to ceiling mirror. It comes furnished with a bed, desk and office chair. The flat has two bathrooms, one in my bedroom and one communal one, which has both a bath and a shower.
It has a large shared living space/kitchen with a lot of space. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances that you'd be welcome to use.
Same goes for the TV and sonos system in the living room area of the main room.
The flat is on the third floor but there is a lift you can use to get up and down as well as stairs.
I work from home 3 of 5 days a week and I tend to work in living room and kitchen
The flat is located perfectly for access to the high street, which is one of the best streets for food in London. Although Camberwell doesn't have a tube station it’s easy enough to travel into the city. It’s a short walk to Denmark hill and a short bus journey to Oval tube staton and Elephant and Castle Tube station to access the Bakerloo and Northern Lines. I mostly take the bus to get into central London, with routes to most parts of the city available to catch from the high street. Rent includes council tax.
