A SMALL DOUBLE ROOM is available for rent in our 3 room Apartment on the 2nd floor of our apartment in Se5 near the Oval Cricket Ground and Vauxhall..

We would really love to find a CLEAN (so important because we are quite clean), relaxed and at least 'slightly' sensible flatmate.
Someone chilled, respectful and open minded would be perfect.
It is usually a very creative space with interesting people so someone open to that would be cool.

We exist in a very Beautiful and Green space to share because we grow our own plants and herbs, and all the plants are actually NASA approved for cleaning the air of pollution and increasing oxygen levels.
The Greenery makes it quite a Relaxed, Zen, Friendly and easy environment, Especially great for working from home in Lockdown!

We are right in front of Kennington Park so there is a Huge amount of green space around us to exercise and run or Burgess park with the lake and skate park is quite amazing!

Closest stations are Oval and Kennington about 5 mins away, and Vauxhall on the Victoria line is a mere 5 minute extra away + all the buses. You can also walk to Victoria or London bridge quite easily if you like walking or you're avoiding public transport.
Same with Peckham, Elephant & Castle, Brixton e. t. c so it is really very easy to get anywhere in town!
