Double room in a family home with ensuite, fridge freezer, microwave and kettle exclusive use. I live with my partner, son(11) 1 female lodger and 3 cats . The room is in a seperate annexe in the house. It has a small double bed(room for a double if you want to bring one)with wardrobe, chair, desk ( bigger desk / table if required) ikea chair and plenty of storage space. Secure bike storage in the garden. Parking out front avaliable and patio. Huge garden with games. Gas safety and fire alarms . The room is lovely for the price , and I hope to find someone that fits with us. The big kitchen/diner is shared space and has a tv with netflix . We enjoy a game of pool on our pub pool table and a game on foosball table. My 3 Cats live in property but can't access your annex if the door is kept closed. Please email me. A female bike with lock and lights is availble for use( it is much easier to get around Cambridge on a bike)Tbh if you dont like cats this property is not for you. Many thanks
