Unfortunately I have to move out of this amazing flat less than a minute walk from Canonbury overground station. For the location and quality, this flat is an incredible price.

I am looking for a female student to take over my contract with Hamptons Letting Agents (runs until 29 Aug 2015). My super-friendly flatmates would like someone who wants to be part of a proper flat-share, involved in girly cocktail nights out, movie nights in and occasional market trips at the weekend.

You must be a student as we currently don't pay council tax.
