I'm looking to rent out my spare double room in 3 bed semi detached house in Wingham.

Will be sharing with myself, 3 dogs and 2 cats so must be an animal lover! The home is within walking distance of Wingham high street which has two lovely pubs, a great restaurant, a best one and a news agents. Also has good transport links to Canterbury via bus (a short walk) or Adisham train station (a short drive away).

The house itself is a large 3 bed home with two reception rooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen diner and a utility room allowing plenty of space for perspective tenant. The family bathroom, though not an ensuite is next to the bedroom and so happy for that to be for sole use for tenant as there are two further bathrooms.
