OH HI!
I'm Ruth and I live in a big house in grangetown right by the river, a ten minute walk into the centre and the train station and a 15 min walk to the bay. Inside lives a rescue greyhound named Seren, who is very friendly and gentle ! We are looking for a female house mate, this includes trans women and anyone identifying as female/woman/femme. We are lgbtqia++ friendly.
Current household:
Landlady who loves to cook. Into plants, veganism and board games. Gives bad advice and takes it in equal measure. Sober af. I'm working in Bristol so rarely here during the week.
The other roomies are:
Yoga teacher with inate ability to see the best in things, climbing instructor out on various fabulous adventures and a brilliant artist who never has a bad word to say about anyone!
The house:
The house is a big house with 5 bedrooms, a big kitchen, three fridges, the highest speed wifi, a dining room and a decadent front room for movies and socializing. We have a big full bathroom and a seperate W. C. There's a small garden/patio. The house is clean and tidy, but we are never opposed to having people over. We re pretty easy going but people get up early for work so we try to be quiet after 11pm. Feel free to decorate your room however you like. Painting etc is encouraged!
The room is £550 all inclusive, like all your bills, no extras, available now. I'd be down if you want a short term let too.
So yeah thats us, Saturday or Sunday is great to come over and see the room, just send me a text, we're stoked to meet ya!
Sorry, the room is no longer available
