Housemates are friendly and respectful professionals and uni students working for Cardiff Uni, and UHW.

Price is £625/month ALL bills included (council tax, internet, boardband, gas, electricity, TV license, water).

As shared accommodation, its expected that everyone helps out with cleaning shared areas, such as living room, bathroom and kitchen to keep it nice for everyone.
