3-4 bed spacious accommodation available for short term or longer stays, can be used for visiting couples, families, international students 👨‍🎓 contractors or other short stay guests!

Modern and clean and safe, with smart tv's in most rooms, wardrobes and furnished beds, duvets, sheets, hairdryers, kettle, microwave, toaster to help you comfortably settle in. Kitchen has everything you want so no need to buy all this stuff, cups, plates, cutlery etc when you stay at this place!

This prime location is very popular and central, to help incoming students, short stays, temp or longer accommodation seekers to lovely Cardiff.

£750/£835 single rooms -
£875 double room per month fully inclusive of water, gas, electricity, property charges, wifi, your own smart tv. Couples are £90 extra.

We supply totally fully furnished, beds, linen, small study/desk areas, wardrobe, iron, ironing board -the lot!!

Wifi and wifi pods scattered around included.

For convenience there is a double shower, nice bath, gas or electric, you choose!

There is a shared communal lounge with Netflix smart tv.

Lovely, fully equipped kitchen, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, pans, pots, cutlery, plates.

And guess what?! - On arrival there are complimentary teas to choose from, green, decaf, regular.

Travel. Mere 8 mins walk to town centre, and universities/colleges approx 15/18 mins walk through our picturesque Sophia Gardens or stroll past the famous and beautiful Cardiff Castle.

Take note please. Due to very high demand for Cardiff our minimum guest stays/bookings is one month or thereabouts, (unless mutually agreed for dates subject to availability. no couples sorry). Can extend the occupancy easily to suit your needs!
