We are a family of 2 (mother and son), and currently have a 18y/o female University student tenant who currently resides on the 3rd floor.

We are all very quiet, simple and welcoming. We ideally would like a female student/professional (no couples, guests, pets, smoking, alcohol or pork) and they will share the bathroom with her.

£700 per month includes all bills/council tax/high speed Virgin internet. Parking on the property is available on request if required (will cost an extra £30 as a one-off payment).
