Tenancy Takeover.

I’m currently a student at Cardiff Met and I am staying at Blackweir lodge. My course has finished a lot earlier than expected and I’m planning to move out. If there are any students who might possibly be interested in taking over the last 14 weeks please message or ask any questions if necessary.

Private en-suite in a 5 bedroom flat with 4 other lovely people and a shared kitchen.
Laundry room is available on site aswell.
Rent payments would start as soon as you move in and you would also have the possibility to stay here a further year and renew.
£145 pound a week.
