Looking for a fun sociable person to join our little household in Canton. We like to socialize some evenings with a glass of wine and maybe a movie. Looking for someone that is out going and active and that will hopefully become friends with everyone in the house in time.

The house is three bed and as such the successful applicant would be sharing with two other working professionals including myself the homeowner and my other lodger (female).

The house is on a quiet street and is just 1.4 miles from the centre of town also on a major bus route if you're in a hurry! A council parking permit is also purchasable for on street parking.

We're close to Cowbridge Road which is it's own little high street with a tesco express just 5 minutes walk away - open till late even on a Sunday. We're also a short walk to Lidl, Coop, Tesco Metro, and plenty of pubs and restaurants.

The price includes bills including utilities* (*heating morning/evenings/weekends), Council Tax, 60mb Fibre Broadband and some household basic items (toilet & kitchen rolls, soaps, washing detergent, tea and coffee!)

There's a good size kitchen, with modern appliances including a tumble dryer and dishwasher. We also have two social rooms.
The bathroom has a high power large walk in rain shower.

*Finally I'm ideally looking for someone that is not working from home - as living and working with the same people is just not healthy!*
