Anyone is welcome to this room as long as you're a STUDENT. We're close to Albany road and the Cardiff SU. We're second years attending Cardiff Met studying English and Creative Writing. The room includes a desk and bookcase/shelves and a double bed. Two female tenants.
We're a bunch of nerds so anyone who likes nerdy things will fit right in.
One of us smokes but always goes outside or hangs out the upstairs window when doing so.

We watch a lot of films together in the sitting room (which is shared).
We're friendly and welcoming, always willing to have a chat.
The two tenants have their bedrooms upstairs and the room to let is downstairs by the front door.
There is a shared bookcase in the lounge for you to add your games\books\DVD's to if you want to share them, if not never fear as there is one in the bedroom itself.
