Hi,
I am presently renting a nice 2 bedroom, 2 living room bungalow in the Whitchurch area of Cardiff
I am a happy, 51 year old Art teacher. I like to go out to watch bands a couple of times a week and enjoy films and music at home.

I am looking for someone to share who is friendly, respectful and used to sharing with others.
I would ideally like a contractor or someone who is here Mon-Fri but understand if you need to stay all week.

The room is large and is furnished with a double bed , desk ,chair , lamp, wrought iron clothes rail, shelves and rug over an original parquet floor.

Its a lot nicer than staying in a travelodge!
The 1930's bungalow is in a quiet ,peaceful area, a short walk from the village where there are a number of pubs, bistro, restaurants and takeaways, coffee shops as well as a range of shops.

It has a small, enclosed patio garden which is south facing.

It's really close to the A48 and you can get onto the M4 very quickly and less than ten mins away from the bustling centre of the City.

I love music , education , rugby, reading current affairs and cooking.

There may often be a home cooked meal evening available if required.
