I am letting out my spare double bedroom. It is a very large room although slightly strangely shaped! (I think it was originally two rooms which have now been converted into one room).

I probably should mention that the bathroom is downstairs, as some people may find this inconvenient.

COST:

I would prefer to do Monday to Friday stays, or short-term lets of up to 3 months at a time.

The rental amounts include all bills and are as follows:

£500 per month for one person (or £25 per night for shorter stays).

£600 per month for a couple (or £30 per night for shorter stays).

HOUSE:

The house is a small, old-style mid-terraced - it is slightly in need of a bit of upgrading in places, but it is very clean, tidy and well kept. There is also a piano which you're welcome to play if you're a musician.

LOCATION:

Only 4 mins walk to Llandaff North train station, which has regular trains taking you into Cathays within 5 mins, or Cardiff Central within about 10 minutes).

2 mins walk from Hailey Park and the Taff Trail, which also takes you into central Cardiff if you fancy walking / cycling / jogging!

I'm a freelance web developer and mostly work from home.

Outside of work I love music & generally creative things! I play trumpet/cornet, am learning piano & sing in a choir.
