The ad is for one room within a house of girls who are all students at Cardiff University, this includes the use of the kitchen, patio, bathrooms, washing machine, tumble dryer etc, while bills are not included, they will be shared between all of the house occupants and will likely not be expensive. The house is furnished with a leather sofa and TV in the lounge, all necessary appliances, there are many cupboards and so each occupant will have a fair share of cupboards and fridge space for them. There are 3 toilets, 2 showers and a bath. There are 7 bedrooms and 6 girls currently going to be staying there for the year. The girls do like to go out, the new occupant could go out with them if they wish but if not would still have to understand that sometimes pre drinks would be held at the house and people may be walking into the house rather late. All the girls are very friendly and quite clean. The reason for the ad being placed is not due to any sort of fall out, I'm placing the ad because I've decided to change to a course at a different university, I'm sure that whoever fills my space will love it there.
