Large double bedroom available in a terrace house near gabalfa. The bedroom looks out over the small garden and patio area which is great for a bit of sunbathing or BBQs when it's nice and sunny.
The house has just been redecorated with a new paint job, carpets and a brand new bathroom with a huge shower.
Sharing with a 30 year old female vet. I work a lot so like to relax at home. I like watching trashy tv (say yes to the dress is a favourite) and going to the cinema. I go to the gym but less than I should and enjoy good food way more than I should. Anyone moving in needs to like cats.
