£350 PCM inc bills. The house is amazing. It is in the city centre, but is not particularly noisey. This is a large furnished double bedroom with everything you could possibly need. There is a very big five piece bathroom with a large bath and a separate shower depending on what takes your fancy. The downstairs is modern and open plan with the highlight being a modern fully-fitted kitchen with all the mod cons including dishwasher. There is also the benefit of a decent garden.

I have no preferences as to who applies so long as you are clean and trustworthy. If applying as a couple, I would have to charge slightly more to cover expenses.
