I have 2 large rooms both with their own full size on suite bathroom available in my 4 bedroom converted former mil. Every room in the house is massive and it has been decorated to a good standard. You would be free to use anything in the house within reason. I've just installed a smart hot tub in the summer house/ conservatory which would be freely available to use. The garden is massive and there is a large riverside terrace which you can fish off if that takes your fancy ! There is nice new garden furniture inc swing chairs to relax on. There is sky tv and high speed broadband included in the price as well. I live here by myself but I have my 10 yr old son to stay every other weekend who is no bother at all. I am looking for a couple of people to fill the rooms as it's quite expensive on my own and a little quiet at times during the week. I'm not really fussed what job you do or what you eat as long as you are easy to get on with, don't wreck the spot and pay your rent ! :) . I'm 34 I, I'm an engineer, I like a drink of a weekend and I play football to keep me fit and that's about it. It's a lovely big house and a nice place to live.
