I am a Full-time Art student so I pay no council tax and therefore would have to share with another full-time student otherwise it wouldn't be economically viable to have a lodger. The house is a lovely quiet country cottage is 3 miles out of Dalston, seven miles from Carlisle. There is oil fired central heating and an open fire in the living room. I have broadband. The room is newly decorated and the rest of the house would be shared including studio space if you need it. You can have whatever furniture you like in the room. I am friendly and sociable and would just like to have someone around. Last year I was a lodger through Spareroom in Cheddar so I know it works.
