Hi.
I’m looking for a lodger for a room upstairs in my home, this isn't a house share. If you are quiet, keep yourself to yourself and want your own space for a while, this might be for you.
• Sole use of toilet
• Your own shower
• Kitchenette area. Limited space.
• Small fridge freezer
• Microwave
• Single Induction hob.
• Large clean and bright double bedroom
• fitted wardrobes.
• two-seater sofa and desk
The bedroom is large, clean, and bright with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, two-seater sofa and desk.
You'll have your own separate toilet and kitchenette area with a shower, sink, small fridge freezer, microwave, single Induction hob. so limited cooking facilities, will best suit someone who doesn't cook a banquet but one pot meals! To confirm, a single hob and a microwave for meals.
Shared washing machine is in my kitchen downstairs.
I’m an older woman, down to earth Londoner, retirement age but must continue to work. I work in Social Services. I keep myself to myself.
If you're someone quiet, clean, respectful. looking for your own space and interested in staying here, do get in touch.
I'm close to Charing Cross Hospital, Hammersmith tube and bus station.
