I am offering a double room in a shared Victorian house with good transport links(train, bus, airport) and varied local amenities ( shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks etc).

I occupy the top two floors of a three level terrace house, There are two rooms on the ground floor. With rail links only three minutes away and Sainsburys over the road.

I have shared the house now with students for the past twenty years; which has worked out well.

Students have their own rooms, then we share and negotiate times for kitchen and bathroom. Over the years, this arrangement has worked out well for everyone.

Prior to Covid I had been sharing the house with two students who the left for home.

After a break of about 6 months: I would now like to offer a room to a student.

It is a calm quiet and friendly house: ideal for someone who is looking to complete or begin their studies. Many of the students who have stayed here have successfully completed degrees and moved on.

The set up in the house means that is relatively easy to socially distance if and when necessary.
