We have an en suite double room available for single occupancy with bills included in the rent. The room will suit a professional or a student.

There is also an additional benefit of a cleaner that comes in on biweekly basis which gives an extra piece of mind (she covers communal areas as well as does the hoovering and en suite bathroom cleaning in your room).

The flat is new and based in a new development, so definitely a good catch.

We are flexible on moving in date. However, the room is available from 26th June, we are happy to discuss ins snd outs in person.

A bit about us:
Karo (34) works in HR and Erik (32) is involved in politics. We have two lovely cocker spaniels, one 4 year old, the other 3 years old, so you must be ok with dogs. Both are extremely friendly and we hope you will enjoy their presence as much as we do.

We are always happy to have a glass of wine or two :) together but equally OK for someone who wants their own space and keeps to themselves.

The flat is situated less than 10 minutes walk to Charlton train Station. The 161 to North Greenwich Station for the Jubilee Line is less than 5 minutes away and 177 will take you to Greenwich or you can also take in the other direction to Woolwich to use Elizabeth line.

There is a retail park just down the road that has a lot of options for shopping. You will also find two gyms.

We are within walking distance to Odeon cinema as well as a big new IKEA if you are a fan of their meatballs.

We are lucky to have very good train and bus links:

Lots of connections to central London, Train, Tube, DLR and Buses.
London bridge (15 minutes)
Waterloo (20 mins)
Cannon street (25)
Central (30 mins)
Elizabeth Line within 15min bus ride.

Blackheath and Greenwich are close by and are great places to go out with lots of lovely shops and restaurants and whilst the weather is nice you can always visit Greenwich park and have a picnic. We tend to visit these areas often with our dogs on their weekend walks.

Please note that if you work from home more than twice a week the room will be an additional £50 per month to cover any extra bills etc.
We are also happy to consider shorter lets than 6 months, however the room will be rented out on a higher rate if this is something you are interested in please DM us with any questions.
