A large double bedroom has become available at our home in Chalrton across the road from Maryon Wilson Animal Park.

We are a couple with a young daughter (2) and an overly affectionate Cockapoo (7) and are looking for someone to stay in a spare bedroom.

The room measures 3.2m by 4.7m (narrows into hallway) and is at the rear of the house overlooking the garden. An ottoman bedframe, mattress, bedside table, and desk are supplied. Also a large ikea Pax wardrobe is supplied which provides a huge amount of storage space.

There are 2 reception rooms (Lounge, snug), A large kitchen diner (undergoing refurbishment), a nice sunny rear garden with greenhouse and table and chairs, which you are welcome to make use of. Free parking is available outside the house.

The house is a 5 min bus ride to the Elizabeth line station in Woolwich, a 15 min walk to either Charlton or Woolwich Dockyard stations or a 20min bus to North Greenwich.
Queen Elizabeth Hospital is approx. 20mins walk away.

Bills included with rent include Council tax, Water, Electric, Gas and Internet.

As we have a dog and young child we would be looking for someone that likes pets. You do not need to look after the dog at all but need to be aware he loves attention so may follow you around the everywhere!
Our daughter is 2 years old so may run around the home at times making as much noise as she can. Generally by bedtime she is exhausted and sleeps well so shouldn't disturb your sleep.
