We are a small British born Muslim family so this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a Muslim or student/professional to live with us, as this is a halal household. The rent is cheaper then normal as no cooking facilities are available but you can have access to microwave and store a little cold food in our fridge such as sandwiches stuff.
We would prefer to have a female. However we may consider males so get in touch.
ROOM only not a house share so this is ideal for new people to Harlow/London whom require a temporary stay of 1/2 months.
PLEASE NOTE this is not a house share, you will only have access to your single room with a separate toilet exclusive for your use. However shower room will be shared with us.
You would also have access to WiFi, once a week washing machine and free parking. Another major plus is you will be the only tenant in a quiet and peaceful house, and you wouldn't be required to clean the house etc as in other places. If you are noisy or a night owl or then this is not the place for you. No overnight guests or guests allowed as this is my family home, so you require this then this is not suitable accommodation for you. In return you will get cheap accommodation with all bills included and a very low deposit of £150.
We would consider all non-Muslim females and males if you can adhere to halal standards, for example no alcohol or pork consumption in our house, and other house rules.
