I’m looking for someone to share my house with in Elton, Chester. I’m a 27 year old female veterinary nurse, in my spare time I enjoy going the gym, walks, socialising with friends and a few drinks! I enjoy my own company but also like to socialise. I’m looking to start sharing in January 2025.
My house is in Elton, Chester.
It’s a 3 bedroom, one bathroom, semi detached with a driveway, garden and conservatory attached. I will be working 4 long days with a Wednesday off and working the odd weekend too. My boyfriend would be staying over around 4 nights a week or some of those nights I would be staying at his. If he does cover over it’s normally around 7/8pm till around 9/10am.
I would be asking £600pcm
The 3rd room, I’m planning on keeping it as an office/wardrobe/guest room etc.
I can also send you over photos of the house although it’s from 2008 before I bought it so it looks very dated in the photos.
It would be a shared bathroom/kitchen and living area.
Excellent access to motorway networks. The house is situated in a small village off A5117 with Essar 5 minutes and Capenhurst 10 minutes away, Chester centre 15 minutes away and Helsby/Frodsham 10 minutes away, ellesmereport 10 minutes away. The village has a small pub, a shop, and Chinese/pizza takeaway, and Chester services is 5 minutes away with a McDonald’s/costa and petrol station. It also has a bus route running thought it and does have a train station however trains are not very frequent so would be better using trains from surrounding areas.
All bills included with internet access available.
