There is one double room available near to the centre of Chester. The rooms are £550 a month ( bills are included for council tax, water, internet, gas and electricity). There are 2 bathrooms, lounge and new kitchen. There are currently 3 lovely people (3 tenants). This would suit a relaxed and friendly person.
