Hello everyone,
I have a double room available for rent in Chingford Mount. The house features three bedrooms—two currently occupied by myself and my brother—and a living room that our friend occupies. The property is situated on a quiet street, just a three-minute walk to the nearest bus stop (routes 97 and 215) and a five-minute walk to Chingford Mount center.
We also have two cats, who don't contribute to the rent (unfortunately), so the new tenant should be comfortable with them. Let me know if you’re interested!
