We have a lovely and spacious DOUBLE ROOM (furnished) available in a clean and calm house. The house is based in NW London, between Hendon and Colindale.

this is a fairly big room that is clean and bright. and come fully furnished along with your own fridge/freezer, kitchen storage space, and your own cutlery. share of the big bathroom with one other female.

This is a 4 bedroom house which has a garden and off street parking. The interior of the house is very nicely decorated throughout, with a modern kitchen & bathroom and laminate & tiled flooring throughout the house, along with the added benefit that this is a clean and well maintained house.

There are 4 professional occupant in the house (2 female, 1 male), and ideally we would prefer to rent the rooms to another female professional who is considerate of noise level and cleanliness.

This house is quite and located in an excellent and safe area, Colindale underground station is 7 mins walk and buses are even nearer. Everything you need is only a short distance away, from gyms, shops, restaurants, parks etc. Brent X shopping centre is a 10mins bus ride from our road.
