Single en-suite room to rent with private entrance. Walking distance to Abbey ASDA, JLR and Coventry University. Would suit mature student or professional on contract working but we can prove the room for 7 days for additional charge.

The room has a sofa bed with additional foam mattress for comfort, duvet and pillows can be supplied if needed, microwave, and a fridge as well as cutlery, crockery, slow cooker, toaster and kettle. There are also drawers and hanging space for clothes. There is no hob or oven.

On street parking and close to bus stops that go to Willenhall, University Hospital and City Centre.

Bills are included but there is a fair use policy for use of electric.

There is no washing machine in the room. But we can arrange for laundry to be done in the house.

We do own a dog so perhaps better if you don't have a dog phobia.

You will be expected to keep the room clean using eco friendly products. A cleaning charge may be charged at the end of your stay if it is not clean when you leave.
