Hi everyone! I am Manny, and I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in my lovely flat 2 bed, one bath modern apartment in East Croydon, the place is literally located to one side of the station. with links to London bride in 15 minutes and Victoria Station in 20.

My current flatmate and friend is moving to SW, after a year here, so I am looking for someone to start the tenancy from then 3rd of April.

The apartment:
*Price is £800pcm without bills
*There is only one bathroom in the flat
*Bills are around £200 covering council tax. Cheaper in the summer when we do not use as much energy and heating.
*I only charge a £600 deposit
*we have 3 terraces in the building complex
*A yoga studio
*A working spaces at the lobby
*Concierge during the day

Looking for:
* Friendly, easy-going, and positive person. No stress and good vibes.
* I am not a party person, so be good to maintain a chilled home (I do not mind a drink every now and then)

A bit about me:
*Friendly easy going person, ideally when living with someone it would be great to get on while doing things in the house, and probably do things every now and then
*I work locally in sustainable engineering, I go to the office 2/3 times a week, otherwise I work from my room
*I love sports and you will very likely find me cycling around London at the weekends
*I like to clean my place clean and tidy, but I am not crazy abut it. I normally clean a lot, but do not expect my flatmate to do the same
*I love generally being healthy, looking after my well-being and self-growth
